Refund Policy

All purchases made through our Applications are processed and controlled by Apple via the App Store payment system.

1. Apple Refund Handling

Refund requests for subscriptions and in-app purchases must be made directly through Apple. We do not process refunds directly and do not have the ability to override Apple’s decisions.

Users may request a refund via:

  • Apple’s "Report a Problem" page

  • Apple ID purchase history

Refunds are granted at Apple’s sole discretion in accordance with their Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Minimum Apple Refund Standards

In accordance with Apple’s policies:

  • Digital purchases are generally final once delivered

  • Refunds may be issued if the content is faulty, not as described, or inaccessible

  • Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not guarantee retroactive refunds

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods unless required by Apple or applicable law.
