End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and m.ad oü governing the use of the  mobile application.

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify or distribute the App

• Copy or resell any portion of the App

• Use the App for commercial resale

3. Ownership

The App and its content remain the exclusive property of m.ad oü

4. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies.

5. Third-Party Terms

You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and that any claims relating to the App must be directed to m.ad oü

6. Compliance with Apple Rules

This EULA complies with Apple App Store Review Guidelines and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
